Return Policy

Buyers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Commissioned or custom works

• Items marked final sale

• Digit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If artwork arrives damaged or materially different from its listing:

• the buyer must notify Estetik Art within 48 hours of delivery

• photographic evidence of packaging and damage is required

• the platform will assist in resolving the issue with the artist and shipping carrier

If damage is confirmed, the buyer may recieve:

• a full refund, or

• a replacement (if available)
